We, Sonja, Sabine and Christian, offer two days full of power and energy for body, mind and soul with various treatments and a joint guided meditation, which takes place at the end of the spiritual wellness oasis.
Sonja Schuh, Sabine Jeschke and Christian Germaine are three human energy practitioners with different specializations. We have a lot of experience in this field and have been working independently for years.
You will find our team in Leopoldsdorf, which is close to the southern edge of Vienna. Our meditation weekends take place in an energy-filled house in a beautiful little settlement and are easily accessible by car and public transport.
Eva and Markus are your contacts to ensure that everything runs smoothly between treatments and for pleasant conversations. They will provide you with coffee, tea and snacks and are happy to help you with your concerns.
The treatments can be booked individually and those who would like to experience us together can also register for the special meditation experience package. The meditation is on Saturday and Sunday evening at 7 pm. This includes a guided meditation with singing bowls and crystals as well as individual aura incenses. Each spiritual wellness oasis weekend has a different thematic focus.
Which meditations do we offer?
The Spiritual Wellbeing Oasis takes place three times a year and so each meditation weekend also has a meditation tailored to the season. This means that we go in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons for the best possible personal development. At the beginning there is always a coordinated aura incense, followed by a guided meditation with gongs and singing bowls. The maximum number of participants is 10.
In the first third of the year, the meditation "From the Earth's Core to the Source" is offered, including programmed crystals. In the second third of the year, a moving meditation "Moqui Marbles - living stones" and towards the end of the year there is the meditation for the review "Recognizing, accepting and letting go".
We have also set up a sales stand in the cozy living room, which invites you to find and try. There will be homemade bracelets, candles, oils, incense sticks, programmed crystals and much more. The new book by Christian Germaine: Introduction to Spirituality is of course also available for purchase.
